ITINERARY
DAY 1: VISIT TO THE CHARLES DARWIN RESEARCH STATION Departure to the Galapagos Islands from GYE or UIO airport, arrival at Baltra Island airport. Our certified and authorized National Park guides will receive the passengers, transfer to Puerto Ayora, Santa Cruz, and arrival at the hotel. Check-in and lunch. In the afternoon, we will visit the Charles Darwin Research Station and the Galapagos National Park Interpretation Center, visiting the tortoise and land iguana enclosures. Return and transfer to the hotel, dinner.
Lunch + Dinner will be set menus at a restaurant located on Charles Darwin Avenue.
DAY 2: VISIT TO TORTUGA BAY BEACH. HIGHLANDS (RANCH + LAVA TUNNELS) Breakfast at the hotel, visit to Tortuga Bay beach, categorized as “the most beautiful in Ecuador,” unique in the world for its landscape. We can observe marine iguanas, crabs, birds such as the roadrunner, among other animal species. Return to downtown for LUNCH. In the afternoon, visit to the Highlands, which includes a visit to the Ranch, where “giant tortoises” are found in their natural habitat, combined with a walk through a lava tunnel. Return to the hotel and dinner.

DAY 3: TOUR (ALEMANES BEACH + SALT MINES + LAS GRIETAS) AND FREE AFTERNOON FOR SOUVENIR SHOPPING Breakfast at the hotel. Port Tour, we will walk around the most beautiful places in the Santa Cruz bay, visiting Alemanes Beach, Salt Mines, and Las Grietas, where we can perform snorkeling or swimming. Return to the hotel for lunch – Free afternoon and dinner.

DAY 4: VISIT TO LOS GEMELOS – TRANSFER OUT Breakfast at the hotel. Visit to Los Gemelos. Los Gemelos are located in the highlands of Santa Cruz Island, on the road from Puerto Ayora. Los Gemelos are sinkholes formed by a series of eruptions when the islands were still active. The Gemelos craters are the only place on the island where the scalesia forest is found.
